Before booking an appointment, please make sure to read our policies. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling, texting, or pressing the cancel button on your confirmation email or reminder text message. If an appointment is not canceled within the 24-hour time frame, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. When you book an appointment we are blocking out time for you so giving us a 24-hour notice will give us some time to fill in your slot.

  • No shows will be charged the full amount of the service missed.

  • When switching over from a different lash artist (outside of SB Lash Lounge & Spa), there is a $25 charge.  This fee is to go over your lashes to repair and access your service needs.

  • It is very important to arrive mascara free. We charge an additional $25 to remove makeup and mascara.  To achieve optimal bonding of extensions to your eyelashes they must be clean of all oil residue and mascara, please come prepared.

  • If you are late for your appointment you will be worked on for the remaining time reserved for your appointment.  We cannot complete your service into another client's appointment time.  

  • There are no funds with the exception of a partial refund due to an allergic reaction. In the case of an allergic reaction, a free eyelash removal will be performed as well as a 35% refund. An allergic reaction is not the professional's fault, it is your eyes not tolerating the cyanoacrylate/adhesive, therefore, a full refund can not be issued.
